PSP Montreal Region is pleased to invite you to its annual walk and run event on Mount Royal, taking place on May 14, 2026.

This inclusive activity is open to our entire community, regardless of experience level or physical condition. The event will be held in collaboration with Health Promotion, with a particular emphasis on mental health.

The meeting point and start line will be located in the parking lot of the 2nd Field Artillery Regiment.
No special equipment is required; however, we recommend weather‑appropriate clothing and proper running shoes.

We encourage you to take part in this event to promote health, wellness, and community spirit.

DEPARTURE : Parking of 2^nd field artillery regiment, RCA
Parking is limited. Favor carpooling or public transportation.
