Military life comes with a lot of change, Kids Matter gives your child a space to feel steady, supported, and connected.

This free, bi-weekly workshop is designed for children ages 6–11 in military families who need a place to:

💛 unwind after school
🎨 express themselves creatively
🤝 make friends who understand military life


What Each Session Looks Like
In just two hours, your child will experience:

🧘 Calm start
Simple mindfulness activities to help them settle in

🎨 Creative expression
Art, crafts, and hands-on activities that build confidence

🤸 Connection & movement
Games that encourage teamwork, friendships, and belonging

🍎 Snack time
A light after-school snack to recharge
