Summer Day Camps

New Hours for Summer Camps

Camp days at CPAC and YAC locations are now inclusive of the hours from 7:00am-5:00pm*. Camps located at the Chief and Petty Officer’s Mess in Esquimalt run 7:00am-4:30pm*. More hours of fun! Majority of our structured programming will occur between 9:00am-4:00pm. There is no longer a need to register for additional before care or after care. You will be asked to provide an estimated time of drop off and pick up during registration.

*Inclusion support is only available from 9:00am-4:00pm. Depending on your child's needs, they may be asked to only attend within these hours.

Inclusion Support

Our aim to welcome and support all children to the highest level. However, with rapidly increasing needs, we continue to face challenges particularly around funds available and finding qualified staff. There will be limited spaces available for children with inclusion support needs. If your child has inclusion support needs, you will be required to complete an Inclusion Support Profile for your child and registration will not be guaranteed until this is complete, and we are able to review our available resources. 

Inclusion support that is granted will only be available from 9:00am-4:00pm.

We recognize that finding care for children during school breaks is challenging and stressful and we will commit to reviewing and confirming registrations in a timely manner. Last minute or late registrations will not be considered.
