Stress management is a daily practice that has an impact on your overall wellbeing.

  • Cold Lake Golf & Winter Club
In this course, participants will learn tools and coping mechanisms to manage stress. This interactive program combines theory and practice to help participants create lasting changes.

This workshop is open to the 4 Wing Defence Team, including military and their families, and civilian personnel. Military members retain priority.
