Managing Angry Moments

 This course is designed to increase personal performance by assisting participants in dealing with anger-generating situations in an emotionally non-reactive way. The purpose is to examine and address issues of anger in a non-judgmental setting to prevent escalation to physical and/or verbal aggression. 

This course helps participants identify what their triggers are and develop effective and positive coping strategies to improve communication and assertiveness in dealing with stressful situations and strong emotions, such as anger. 

This course is open to the 4 Wing Defence Team, including military and their families, and civilian personnel. Military members retain priority.
