Injury Reduction Strategies

A partnership between Health Promotion and Fitness and Sports, this workshop aims to provide you with the tools and knowledge to keep yourself safe during exercise and at work.

  • 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Col J.J. Parr Sports Centre
This is achieved by providing you with various injury prevention strategies for running, training, and other sports, as well as education and practice on how to use safe lifting techniques in the gym, at work and during FORCE testing.

This workshop is open to the 4 Wing Defence Team, including military and their families, and civilian personnel. Military members retain priority.
