17 Wing Detachment Dundurn
The main event is the RCAF Run, featuring 5 km and 10 km routes. Registration for the RCAF Run is $25 and includes a tote bag and finisher’s medal.
Following the run, participants can take part in elective sports, including 18-hole Disc Golf and Dodgeball in the gym. If these activities are unavailable, Beach Volleyball and Pickleball will be offered as alternatives.
The day concludes with a Detachment Social and BBQ at the Flightline from 1200–1300 hrs.
Participation in the RCAF Run is optional. Members may register for the BBQ lunch and other activities without participating in the run, and these activities do not require a registration fee.

Schedule for the day:
0800-0815: Opening remarks and warm up
0830-0930: RCAF Run/Walk (5 km or 10 km)
0930-1000: Yoga/stretching
1000-1130: Indoor and outdoor sports
1200-1300: Lunch and prizes at the kitchen
