Camp Maple Leaf

Camps for children of Miliary Families both serving and veterans. This camp is dedicated to children of military families, whether currently serving or retired. These sessions foster a sense of community and pride in their roles as members of CAF and veteran families. Each session at Camp Maple Leaf is designed as a unique program dedicated to children who share a specific life challenge. 

The Calgary MFRC is sending a group of children and youth aged 7 to 17 from Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge, and nearby communities to this 6-day, 5-night overnight camp!

CAF children and youth will: 

• Have an opportunity to connect with peers from other parts of the country
• Enhance their sense of community
• Learn/try something new that they can't do at home
• Experience nature and have fun
• Reduce their level of stress and anxiety
