Family Support Services

The Calgary MFRC’s Family Support Services program helps Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and their families strengthen their overall well-being and quality of life.

Through welcoming programs, engaging activities, practical resources, and opportunities to connect with others, we support emotional, physical, social, and cognitive well-being. Our goal is to help individuals and families build resilience, develop meaningful connections, and feel a strong sense of belonging within their community.
