    The Healthcare Spending Account (HCSA) offers extra flexibility and coverage for medical expenses beyond the core healthcare plan. Here’s how it works: 
    • Full-time employees with Single Healthcare enrollment have access to $300 per calendar year
    • Full-time employees with Family Healthcare enrollment can access $600 per calendar year
    • Part-time employees have access to $300 per calendar year
