From supporting the health and fitness of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, helping military spouses find services when posted to a new community, to providing recreation programs for children of CAF members, our employees go home at the end of the day feeling satisfied for the impactful work they do.
Giving back to the military community is our philosophy. As a social enterprise, our profits are reinvested back into programs and services that support our members’ well-being. It contributes to the strength of our members and vibrancy of our communities. We are proud to serve those who serve and our military members are at the centre of our focus.
CFMWS is committed to providing employees with opportunities for growth and development through online learning including a LinkedIn Learning subscription, language training, professional development and the ability to move across divisions and around the world. Both official languages are important and we offer our employees free language training.
