Adapted fitness program for veterans

This program offers individual and group training designed to help veterans recover (physically and mentally), maintain good lifestyle habits, return to work, improve quality of life and independence, and recreate a sense of belonging to a group.

Each veteran will be treated individually, and everything will be adapted to his or her physical and mental condition. This will increase their chances of success in improving their physical capabilities and mental well-being.

The program can also serve as a continuum for participants in the Military Adapted Fitness program.

To participate in this program, you must be a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces (veteran's card required).
