    The excitement of gambling stems mainly from an illusion: the belief that one can predict the next outcome or the next move. This course explores what makes gambling so appealing, the signs that indicate it is becoming a problem, the risk factors, and ways to prevent it.

Communication

  • Generational trends: Understanding each other better to communicate better
    This course explores generational differences in a military context, identifying their origins, strengths, weaknesses, and sources of conflict.
    It highlights the challenges of intergenerational communication.
    Concrete solutions are proposed to improve understanding and effective collaboration.

    ** For a more impactful experience, this course should be given to a group of no more than 40 participants.

  • Adapting to Change
    This workshop aims to provide a better understanding of change and its impact on stress, with the goal of developing a more calm and effective ability to adapt.
    Participants will explore the different types of change and the stages that accompany them, as well as the role of mental filters in how we perceive and react to new situations.
    Practical tools will be presented to help participants better manage stress, adjust their perspective on change, and enhance their flexibility in daily life.

  • Loneliness: The Disease of the 21st Century
    We have never been more connected, and yet loneliness is on the rise. This presentation explores what loneliness really is, its causes, and its often-underestimated impacts on mental and physical health, while offering strategies to break down isolation and strengthen connections. Because social connection is not a luxury, it is a cornerstone of mental and physical health.
