    This presentation explores how hyperconnectivity influences the reward system, reduces our tolerance for boredom, and can harm concentration, motivation, and well-being. Simple strategies will be proposed to better understand these mechanisms and restore a healthy balance with digital technology.

  • Calming the inner fire: understanding and managing anger
    In this presentation, members will learn more about anger by identifying, among other things, the different emotions involved, as well as the situations that can aggravate or calm it. Finally, they will learn tools to slow the rise of their anger and prevent it from exploding.

Communication

  • Generational trends: Understanding each other better to communicate better
    This course explores generational differences in a military context, identifying their origins, strengths, weaknesses, and sources of conflict. It highlights the challenges of intergenerational communication. Concrete solutions are proposed to improve understanding and effective collaboration.

    ** For a more impactful experience, this course should be given to a group of no more than 40 participants.

  • Sports Recovery 101: An objective look at recovery methods.
    By the end of this course, members will know the most effective practices for recovering physically before and after exercise, as well as the correct timing and methods for using them (e.g., ball massage, cold water immersion, sleep, compression stockings, etc.).

    Explore how a negative mood or atmosphere can quickly spread in a workplace, affecting job satisfaction, collective well-being, and increasing the risk of burnout. Learn to recognize the signs and discover concrete strategies to deal with them, both individually and as a team.

    We will look at how to recognize the signs of psychological distress (signs, triggers, direct and indirect messages...), as well, as how to intervene when we suspect someone is considering suicide

    This presentation addresses the foundations of healthy relationships, such as clear communication, mutual respect, and conflict management. The goal is to reinforce healthy behaviors, equip members to prevent slippage, and act quickly when a dynamic becomes toxic or violent.
