Rescue - Become a Lifeguard

These various training courses will enable you to become a lifeguard and be considered, in Quebec, as an assistant lifeguard from the age of 15 and as a lifeguard from the age of 17.

Free Programs
The free programs are made possible by financial assistance from the Quebec government. This assistance began in 2022 and is renewed again this year in 2024. This assistance enables us to cover the costs of courses and training manuals. Depending on the course, other fees may be required if they are not included in the financial assistance conditions.
