An invitation for children and youth to explore creativity, wellness, and self-expression through reflective and hands-on activities. 

Kit Contents (contents vary based on participant age)

5+ years old:

• Indoor lavender starter kit with mini terracotta pot (2.25" tall), lavender seeds, and soil pellet.
• The Wreck It Journal with 70+ funny and challenging tasks - an invitation to unleash the boundless power of imagination.
• Supplementary mindfulness and gratitude materials to foster calm and emotional awareness.

By pairing the wreck-it journals with lavender grow kits, participants will cultivate their plants as they engage in expressive journal prompts that celebrate growth, resilience, and creative voices, building meaningful habits that support emotional wellness and lifelong learning.

4 years old and younger:

• The Color Monster: A Story About Emotions - A gentle introduction to identifying and understanding emotions through colour.

• Rainbow Fidget Mat — A tactile way to extend the story’s colour concepts and promote self-regulation.

• Supplementary mindfulness and gratitude materials to foster calm and emotional awareness.

Eligibility: This program is open to CAF families with youth between the ages of 3 and 17 currently posted OUTCAN to the U.S.
