The Toronto MFRC is a community-based, non-profit charitable organization charged, under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of National Defence, with the delivery of the Military Family Services Program.  The Centre employs approximately 30 full-time, part-time, and casual (supply) staff in the delivery of serving member, veteran, member/veteran family support, and child care services.

The Toronto MFRC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, membership which includes military members, military family members, and area of responsibility stakeholders.

The Vision of the Toronto MFRC echoes and augments that of our oversight and governance organization, Military Family Services: Strong, resilient families who enable a mission-ready force and who enjoy a quality of life comparable to other Canadian families.

The Vision of the Toronto MFRC answers the question, "If we do our work right, we will have...", and is:
Confident, capable, and resilient veterans, members, and families within the CAF community of the GTA.
