The Women and Gender-Diverse Physical Fitness and Wellness Program (Women’s Wellness Program) presents Part 3 of the Ask the Doctor series – a session highlighting that menopause in the workplace is not just a “women’s issue.” Research shows that untreated menopause symptoms can affect employees’ well‑being, performance, and comfort at work, which in turn can influence productivity and retention. These experiences show why menopause should be recognized within a supportive, inclusive workplace approach that helps employees maintain well‑being and performance.

In this presentation, Dr. Catherine Hansen will share the latest science-based research and practical strategies to help you navigate hormonal change with confidence. Midlife doesn’t have to mean stepping back – it can be a powerful opportunity to realign your goals, harness your experience, and flourish in new ways at work and beyond.
