Dr. Catherine Hansen is a Canadian-trained and U.S. board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, menopause practitioner, and health advocate. With a background in kinesiology and exercise physiology, Dr. Hansen brings a unique perspective to menopause management, combining medical expertise with a deep understanding of physical fitness and wellness. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based education and personalized care strategies to support individuals through the realities and possibilities of midlife.
