Client Testimonials
Starting your fitness journey can be a scary, intimidating, private and personal experience. Our instructors at PSP Petawawa Community Recreation strive to make your fitness adventure fun, exciting, comfortable and educational.
In August of last year, I suffered a heart attack. I was told by the Heart Institute that I should start exercising and maintain a healthy diet. My wife suggested that yoga would be a great place to start my exercise program. I began attending Elke’s chair yoga classes on Wednesdays. At first, I found them to be challenging, but with Elke’s gentle encouragement, I kept going. I could see improvements as I went along. My flexibility is much more noticeable, and I now can join the others on the mat. A year later (September 2024), I also started attending Muscle Pump classes with Jessica. I believe it is important to exercise and eat healthy to attain these goals.
