Gentle Aquafit
Gentle Aquafit is a low impact water fitness program designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardivascular health. This workout caters to individuals who find the basic Aquafit class too challenging, are recovering from surgery or have limited mobility. This class does not have a jumping component.

Small Group Fitness Training
Dedicate yourself to being healthy and fit in the new year.
This is a six week, twice a week, small group fitness program that caters to all fitness levels.
Your 6 week workout journey will begin with an individualized fitness evaluation followed by a second assessment at the end of the program. This will allow participants to see their fitness progress.
Each session will take you through a full body circut training program that will consist of endurance and resistance training. The benefit of training in a small group allows the instructor to create a personalized and dynamic exercise program tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Enjoy the benefit of a personalized fitness plan with the enjoyment of working out with friends.
