Our Personal Training Program offers the opportunity for individuals to reach their health and fitness goals with the comfort, motivation, accountability and support of being one on one with a Certified Personal Trainer. 

You will receive an initial fitness assessment that will help you and your personal trainer set realistic and measurable short term and long term fitness goals. Together you and your trainer will schedule workout times that will fit to your schedule and lifestyle. From there your trainer will create a customized fitness plan designed to help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals. You will learn proper exercise techniques and safety measures. Along the way your trainer will reevaluate and adjust your fitness plan as needed. 

This program does not include a nutrition plan.

After registration one of our Personal Trainers will contact you to book your initial consultation.

• 6 sessions - PSP Plan $270 | Non PSP Plan $330
• 9 sessions - PSP Plan $387 | Non PSP Plan $ 477
• 12 sessions - PSP Plan $ 492 | Non PSP Plan $612

**Note - Each session is 60 minutes and the initial consultation is considered the 1st session.
