Are you navigating the transition of a loved one returning from deployment - or preparing for their homecoming?

Open to adults (18+) with a CAF member who has recently returned or is returning in the spring/summer, this interactive workshop offers a supportive space to connect with others experiencing similar transitions.

Participants will:

Meet and share experience with peers.
Learn valuable strategies from a member of the PMFRC Mental Health team.
Create comfort kits to practice mindfulness and self-care techniques.

Join us to build connections, gain practical tools, and support your family's reintegration journey.
