The Art of Serious Play is a four-week program designed to foster curiosity and encourage playfulness through the process of intuitive art making. Through guided exercises and an open studio process, participants will use various media such as paint, clay, pastels and collage materials, with the intention to interrupt chronic stress patterns by discovering and following what delights and nourishes them.  Artistic abilities or skills are not required; only a willingness to explore is necessary. This series is facilitated by Rhonda Miller RCAT, SEP, RP from Creative Arts Therapy/Psychotherapy.

This program is open to medically releasing CAF members, medically released Veterans, and their family members ages 16 and up and takes place at the South Side Community Centre.
