About the Instructor:

Instructor: Jeanette Desforges-Pyoli
My pottery journey began in 2015 taking classes at the potters’ guild in Deep River with my daughter. From that first moment of touching clay, I was hooked. Over the years, I've received instruction and mentorship from numerous experienced potters at my local guild, consistently refining my skills through workshops conducted by well-known potters across North America. Since 2017, I have been actively involved in instructing children's and teen classes, adult introductory courses, workshops, and various skills clinics at the Deep River Potters’ Guild. Additionally, I take pleasure in conducting workshops at local elementary schools, clubs and organizations.
