Clayful Arts is open to medically releasing CAF members, medically released Veterans and their family members. There is no cost to participate in this program and it will take place once weekly for 10 weeks at 120 Lake Street in Pembroke, Ontario.

Week 1 – Wednesday, January 14, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Introduction to hand-building techniques 

Week 2 – Wednesday, January 21, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Introduction to throwing at the potter’s wheel 

Week 3 – Wednesday, January 28, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Introduction to trimming, carving, sgraffito, and other decorating techniques 

Week 4 – Wednesday, February 4, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Self-directed creation with one-on-one support as needed 

Week 5 – Wednesday, February 11, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Self-directed creation with one-on-one support as needed 

Week 6 – Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Self-directed creation with one-on-one support as needed 

Week 7 – Wednesday, February 25, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Self-directed creation with one-on-one support as needed 

Week 8 – Wednesday, March 4, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Last class to throw new pieces at the wheel 

Week 9 – Wednesday, March 11, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Finalize all projects in progress, prep for glazing 

Week 10 – Wednesday March 18, 2026 (1–4 PM) 
Apply glaze to all projects 

All materials, tools and equipment required for learning are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring old towels or an apron to protect their clothing during sessions at the pottery wheel, but no additional purchase is necessary.
