Yoga classes at NDHQ Carling

The yoga classes are Hatha yoga and the movements flow from one to the next. They are for beginners to advanced yogis. The instructor uses the practice of breath and movement meaning that all movements are done following the inhale and the exhale. These classes will help to bring focus and energy to the body. All yoga poses will be held for a few breaths and you will have the time to achieve a good stretch as well as strengthen all muscle groups.
