PSP Recreation is excited to offer Champions. This strength-based, bilingual program supports youth in physical literacy and fundamental movement. Youth will have the opportunity to develop connections with others from CAF families and work on teambuilding skills.

Champions is presented by the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) Foundation. With OSEG’s generosity, this free program will allow youth the opportunity to enhance their physical abilities, develop resilience and conflict resolution skills and be given tools to build a positive mindset.Courtesy of the OSEG Foundation, program participants will also have an opportunity to interact with select Red Blacks and Ottawa 67’s players during select dates throughout the program. Jump in and join the fun!
- For youth 9 – 14 years old
- Sundays, starting 12 January until 23 March 2025 (no session on 9 March 2025), from 13:00 to 15:00 (9-11 years from 13:00 to 14:00: and 12-14 years from 14:00 to 15:00)
