PSP Recreation is proud to present Champions, a bilingual, strength-based program designed to support youth in: - Developing physical literacy and fundamental movement skills - Building resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset - Creating meaningful connections with peers from CAF families Through engaging sports and team-building activities, participants will grow in a fun, inclusive environment.

Champions is presented by the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) Foundation. With OSEG’s generosity, this free program will allow youth the opportunity to enhance their physical abilities, develop resilience and conflict resolution skills and be given tools to build a positive mindset.
Schedule and Age Groups
Sundays, January 11 – March 22, 2026
- Ages 9–11: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
- Ages 12–14: 3:10 PM – 4:40 PM
