Mindful Monday is a monthly program designed to provide Canadian Armed Forces members with a reconnected and intentional start to the week. Each session begins with a guided stress-reducing artistic activity, followed by peer-supported, discussion-based learning that encourages reflection, connection, and shared experiences.
The program fosters a supportive environment where participants can decompress, strengthen coping skills, and build cohesion with their peers. In addition to these monthly practices, we will introduce 2–3 new skills each month to improve quality of life and performance. This combination of mindfulness, peer engagement, and practical skill-building makes Mindful Monday a high-impact program for sustaining mental fitness and readiness.
