CLASS DESCRIPTION:
PT CPA
A group class supervised by a CPA specialist is a dynamic and structured training session, where participants follow varied exercises designed to improve overall physical fitness. This collective workout offers a motivating and engaging experience, while ensuring professional and safe guidance.
CORE
It is a collective training session, led by a CPA kinesiologist. It is a stabilization and strengthening workout that strengthens the deep and superficial abdominal muscles as well as the back muscles and the body globally. The difficulty of the exercises increases during the sessions to improve the endurance of the core muscles and posture.
REGAIN YOUR FORCE
it is a supervised group training aimed at passing the FORCE test. Muscular, cardiovascular and specific FORCE test training is carried out every week to prepare to pass the evaluation in general and when returning from an injury.
PRE-POST-NATAL
Pre-Natal class:
This class offers a safe and gentle approach to maintaining fitness during pregnancy, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session includes low-impact exercises, breathing techniques, and movements that can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body for labor. Whether you're new to exercise or an experienced athlete, this class will help you stay active, energized, and connected with your growing baby.
Post-Natal class:
This class is designed to help new mothers regain strength and restore their bodies after childbirth. In a supportive and nurturing environment, we focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and addressing common post-pregnancy concerns like pelvic floor health and back pain. Classes include gentle exercises tailored to your body’s needs, with modifications based on your recovery stage. Our goal is to guide you through a safe, effective, and gradual return to fitness while fostering a sense of community for new moms.
RETOUR À LA COURSE
To return to running following a break or injury, it may be necessary to follow a running progression. The CPA RETURN TO RUNNING program is a progression of running and/or walking depending on your level, your current condition and your goals. This training group program meets twice a week for proprioception training and individualized walking and running progression. *On registration only*
