Open to military and their families, reservists, veterans, civilian Defense employees (Public Service and Non-Public Funds) and PSP cardholder.

PSP Montreal Region invites you to its 2025 edition of the annual triathlon!
2 kilometers of rowing, 5 kilometers of spin bike and 2 kilometers of running will be in the spotlight. One of the new features this year will be the possibility of competing in the team event, with one person per discipline! A new feature for this edition will be the competitive component.
A wave for women and a wave for men where the 3 fastest from the last edition will be invited to compete. The other 7 places will be filled by participants who will have qualified by submitting a timer beforehand by completing the combined events on their own time.
The 7 best results in each category will then qualify for the 09:00 (women) and 9:20 (men) waves.
The deadline to submit times will be April 3, beyond which the other available places will be open to all.
