Summer 2025 Registration Process

If you wish to obtain your PSP membership and benefit from the member rate, please present yourself on site during our opening hours with your supporting documents*. 
You must complete your PSP membership BEFORE registering for day camp in order to benefit from membership advantages.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY

Military personnel benefit from privileged registration from Monday April 7 to Sunday April 13. 
Registration for the general public begins on Monday, April 14 (places are limited).

1.    Go to our registration platform by clicking HERE


2. On our online platform, click on the MY ACCOUNT tab, to first update your personal information in the CONTACT INFORMATION sub-tab, then click on UPDATE MY ACCOUNT at the bottom of the page.


3. In the GROUP MEMBERS sub-tab, update the personal details of your child(ren), then click on UPDATE GROUP MEMBER at the bottom of the page. To add a child, click on ADD NEW GROUP MEMBER and fill in all the information on the form. Don't forget to click on ADD GROUP MEMBER at the bottom of the page to save your information. 

*Incomplete forms will require revision and will result in additional delays. To ensure your place at day camp, please complete the required sections (CONTACT INFORMATION, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and HEALTH INFORMATION for your child/children).

4. Then go to the COURSES tab, then in the left-hand menu to CHILDREN, then CAMP/DAY-CARE SERVICE, then select the child(ren) you wish to enroll. 


5. You will then be able to select the weeks for which you wish to register your child(ren) by adding them one at a time to the basket by clicking on REGISTER NOW. Then click on CONTINUE

*Be sure to register YOUR CHILD(ren) and not yourself. *

6. If you wish to add more weeks, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING
Otherwise, click NEXT to be directed to the payment page where you will be asked a few questions. 

7. Answer the mandatory questions for each child and each week and click NEXT.
*We apologize, but the system does not allow us to answer them only once.

8. You will be asked to pay the total invoice at this time. Please ensure that you have registered your child(ren) for the desired weeks.



*Please allow approximately 10 minutes for completion*.

Incomplete forms will require revision and will result in additional delays. To ensure your place at day camp, please fill out the required sections correctly.


9. You will be invited to a parent meeting in the first or second week of June, which we strongly suggest you attend. A lot of information will be passed on at this time. We will take this opportunity to introduce you to our team and will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

Children admitted to the Inclusion Support Program will be asked to take part in an activity during the evening. Youth workers will take advantage of the evening to observe and assess needs, and to plan matches. It is therefore essential for your child to be present if he or she is admitted to the inclusion support program.


Supporting evidence to complete PSP membership:

Military 

- Active military : Military proof or Exacta card

- Retired military: Certificate of discharge, veteran or CF1

- Spouse: Proof of common address, i.e. proof of spouse AND military member/veteran. 

EX. driver's license, Hydro QC bill. (Photo required). 

- Child (+18 years): Proof of common address and schooling for those over 18 and under 26.

- Child (under 18): Document with name of both parents (exception for single parents)

EX. school report, birth certificate. 


DND employee

- Employee: Proof of defence employee or former defence employee status MANDATORY. 

- Spouse: Proof of common address, i.e., proof of spouse AND defense employee. 

EX. driver's license, Hydro QC bill. (Photo required). 

- Ordinary child (+18 years): proof of common address and schooling for those over 18 and under 26.

- Ordinary child (under 18): Document with name of both parents (exception for single parents)

EX. school report, birth certificate. 

- Proof of RCMP card (photo required)


Civil

- Associate: NO DOCUMENT REQUIRED

- Spouse: Proof of common address, i.e. proof of spouse AND partner. 

EX. driver's license, Hydro QC bill. (Photo required).

- Associate child (+18 years): proof of common address and schooling for those over 18 and under 26.

- Associate child (under 18): Document with both parents' names (exception for single parents)

EX. school report, birth certificate.
