Workshops: Anger and Stress Management

Open to military members and their families, as well as Defence employees (Public Service and Non-Public Funds).

Our workshops are not therapy sessions; they are informational and awareness sessions that give participants the opportunity to learn and develop their own strategies to better manage stress or anger.
