Join us for a globally recognized training program designed to equip you with the essential skills to support those around you. Much like physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to recognize the signs that someone may be struggling with their mental health and how to provide initial support during a difficult time.
This training aims to empower you to handle sensitive situations with confidence, fostering stronger connections and contributing to a more compassionate community.
Registration Details
- Deadline: May 28th, 2026
- Attendance Policy: Due to limited spacing and program costs, participants who register and do not attend (without prior notice) will be responsible for the cost of the program. If you cannot make it, please cancel early so your spot can be offered to someone else.
