Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members will be held on:

Location: via Zoom

Agenda:
- Receive reports from the Board Chair, Executive Director, Nominating Committee, and Auditor
- Appoint the Society’s auditor for 2025–2026
- Nominate and elect new directors
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof

Registration & Participation:
- Members must register to attend the AGM by contacting office@bcmfrc.com.
- Registered attendees will receive the full AGM documents.
- Participation is available via Zoom or by proxy (contact Lina Thompson at executivedirector@bcmfrc.com).
- Attendees must be Society members in good standing to vote.
