The Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC), in collaboration with Personnel Support Programs (PSP), is proud to host the 4th Annual Connect-A-Thon, a dynamic community celebration bringing together CAF members, Veterans, families, and local service providers.
This fun-filled, family-friendly event is your chance to connect with the community, discover local resources, and enjoy the very best of summer at CFB Kingston.
☀️ Fun in the Sun Zone
- Face painting, balloon animals, and outdoor games
- Splash pad fun—don't forget bathing suits and towels!

🏖️ Beachside Activities at Arrowhead Beach
Join PSP Kingston for classic beachside games, rentals and activities right on the waterfront.

- Francophone and multicultural agencies
🍔 Free BBQ Lunch
Thanks to the generous support of local Kingston Businesses and proud collaborators, attendees can enjoy a complimentary BBQ lunch featuring - TBD

- Lawn chairs or picnic blankets
- Reusable water bottles (refill station on-site)
- Sunscreen and hats
- Towels and bathing suits for water activities
- Non-perishable food item for the Partners in Mission Food Bank
- Spending $ money for a sweet treat
🧡 Community Giving – Support the Partners in Mission Food Bank
In the spirit of connection and community, we’re inviting attendees to bring a non-perishable food item for donation.
There will be two collection barrels on-site at the registration station, and all donations will go to support the Kingston Partners in Mission Food Bank.
This small gesture is a simple way we can all contribute to the wellbeing of our extended community.
Donations are encouraged but not required—we appreciate every bit of support!
🐾 Pet-Friendly Event
The outdoor portion of the event is pet-friendly!
Bring your well-behaved furry companions along to enjoy the day—there will be three dog water bowls set up at the hydration station to help keep pets cool and hydrated.
