Youth of Parents who've Experienced Trauma

Hey Youth—We See You. Living with a parent who has an Operational Stress Injury (OSI) can feel overwhelming. You might have questions, emotions that are hard to express, or just need a space where others get it.

Youth of Parents who’ve Experienced Trauma (YPET) is for YOU—a safe and supportive place where you can:
- Learn about OSIs, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction
- Understand how these challenges impact family life
-Develop healthy coping strategies and self-care habits
- Connect with others who share similar experiences

This six-session program is open to youth ages 12-17 who have a CAF or Veteran parent/guardian navigating an Operational Stress Injury (OSI).

High school students can receive 12 volunteer hours and participation in all six sessions is required.
