How to Enroll - For CAF Members & Veterans
*Important notice for Quebec Residents*
Step 1:
Visit the Canada Life Self-Service website to enroll or enter as a guest: www.grsaccess.com
Step 2:
Insert the following information:
Access ID: CAFSP05
Password: C37RLhvr
In the employment section:
- Employee number – please enter your Service Number
- Employment date – use today’s date or leave blank
- Province or territory – please enter your province or territory of residence
*Special instructions for spouses:
You have two options:
1. Open your own plan.
- Application form is completed online
- The Service Number of the member is required on the application in the Employer Number field
- Replace the last digit of Service Number with 'S' in Employer Number field of application form
Or
2. You may open a spousal RRSP plan.
- A paper application form is required for spousal RRSP applications.
- Please log into the site, click on ‘Visit guest site’ / ‘Join the plan’ / ‘Clickable forms’
- The Service Number of the member is required on the application in the Employer Number field
- Replace the last digit of Service Number with 'S' in Employer Number field of application form
*Special instructions for Non-registered savings plans:
- Canada Life will be emailing you a form to complete and return. This process complies with anti-money laundering legislation.
