Feeling sober curious?
Why not take a step back and evaluate your relationship with alcohol.

What is Damp February?

This is an alcohol related challenge, but compared to Dry-February where you are encouraged to abstain from drinking for 28 days, Damp-February is based on a less is best approach: if you drink, it’s better to drink less.

During this challenge, take the time to step back and reflect on your relationship with alcohol.

Why participate in Damp-February?

Drinking less lowers your risks: New research shows a strong association between drinking and an elevated risk to your health, including premature death from a wide range of diseases and other alcohol-caused harms.

Remember, any reduction helps lower your health risks. Every little bit counts.
