To ensure you are 'job ready', we will start the process of obtaining your security clearance at the Enhanced Reliability level.  We prefer to do this well in advance of you being offered a job, to expedite hiring should you be made a job offer.  Gathering all of your documents and forms can take several weeks.  By doing everything in advance, it ensures that when you are offered a position, you can start without delay!

I am a current or former Public Service Employee or Government Contractor

If you have previously worked for the Federal Government of Canada and have an active/valid Enhanced Reliability Status, please email cfsuercpo-staffingservices@forces.gc.ca with your PRI number, so that we can verify this. Please attach copies of the following documents to your email:

• Foundational ID (Birth Certificate or Canadian Citizenship Certificate)
• Proof of name change (if applicable) e.g. marriage certificate, official change of name document
• Supporting ID (Valid signed Passport, Valid Driving Licence, Valid Canadian ID, etc.)
• SOFA Stamp

I have never worked for the Federal Government of Canada

If you do not have an active/valid DND Enhanced Reliability Status, we will need to apply for you to be granted a local reliability status. Please find below a checklist of the documents and a link to the form we need you to email to cfsuercpo-staffingservices@forces.gc.ca.

• Foundational ID (Birth Certificate or Canadian Citizenship Certificate)
• Supporting ID (Valid signed Passport, valid Driving Licence, valid Canadian ID, etc.)
• Proof of name change (if applicable) e.g. Marriage Certificate, official change of name document
• SOFA Stamp
• Diploma (High school or college/university)
• Proof of residence for the last 5 years 
• Proof of employment for the last 5 years
• Credit Report (Equifax or TransUnion) generated in the past 3 months
• Form RCPO 046 (click the button below to open the form)
