MFRC Camp Maple Leaf BC Presentation for Interested Parents & Volunteers

April Young, the National Program Director for Camp will present to the CFB Esquimalt Community. 

General Presentation and Pizza (6-7pm)

• The charity sleepover summer camp for Military Children (both serving and Veteran)
• Details of the camp in British Columbia on Aug. 29th -Sept. 3rd in Shawnigan Lake this summer. 
• Please bring any friends (Military active and Veteran) to learn about camp and have some pizza.
• Learn about funding opportunities

Short Volunteer Presentation (7pm)

Why Volunteer?  Besides having the best week ever having fun with kids you will also:

• Make a difference in the lives of some amazing children!
• Earn volunteer hours or perhaps it could be your graduating community project!
• Receive training and experience!
• Make friendships that follow you home!
• Please bring any friends (Military active and Veteran) to learn about camp and have some pizza.
