Session 1: Build Your Village (Social)

Learn how to build a supportive social network for you and your baby. Participants will map their support network and create their own parent profile to help strengthen the parent-baby bond while making connections with other pregnant people in the group.

April 30

Session 2: Meditative Yoga (Physical)

A certified prenatal yoga instructor will lead us through a safe, supportive yoga session and body scan meditation. You will also take part in a discussion on body appreciation to help you learn how to embrace and show gratitude to your body after childbirth and beyond.

May 14

Session 3: Prepare for Childbirth (Environment/Intellectual)

Join us for a presentation led by a professional doula, who will guide us through childbirth preparation. Explore a variety of birthing options while learning how to set a supportive birth environment and navigate unexpected changes to your birth plan.

May 28

Session 4: Mindful Affirmations (Emotional Regulation and Appreciation)

For this session of the series, you will take time to pause, connect and celebrate your journey so far by writing a heartfelt letter to yourself that could be read at baby’s first birthday. As we explore being mindful and present in the moment, you will also create your very own affirmation box filled with hand-written notes to express gratitude, encourage self-care, build self-esteem, celebrate accomplishments, and promote kindness to oneself.

June 11

Session 5: Beads of Intention (Spiritual)

Take time to reconnect with your spiritual self by creating your own crystal bracelet and choosing individual stones that carry personal meaning, intention and energy. As you craft, relax into a calming sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and soft gongs to soothe your mind and deepen your connection to the intentions you set.
