Session 1: Build Your Village (Social)

January 28

Session 2: Beads of Intention (Spiritual)

Take time to reconnect with your spiritual self by creating your own crystal bracelet and choosing individual stones that carry personal meaning, intention and energy. As you craft, relax into a calming sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and soft gongs to soothe your mind and deepen your connection to the intentions you set.

February 11

Session 3: Mood Booster (Emotional)

Boost Your Mood! Create your very own personalized dopamine menu while you discover the power of self-care and learn effective coping strategies. Your dopamine menu includes activities that bring joy and serve as a roadmap to your natural release of dopamine, the “feel-good” neurotransmitter in your brain that enhances movement, motivation, mood and more!

Session 4: Balance After Baby (Financial/Occupational)

Balance the mental load of motherhood as you learn tips for organization, meal prepping, managing expectations, saving money and establishing a routine after your baby’s arrival. Each participant will receive a planner and a binder of resources to help put these strategies into practice at home. The session will also provide guidance on how to achieve a healthy work–life balance.

March 11

Session 5: Meditative Yoga (Physical)

A certified postnatal yoga instructor will lead us through a safe, supportive yoga session and body scan meditation. You will also take part in a discussion on body appreciation to help you learn how to embrace and show gratitude to your body after childbirth and beyond.

March 25

Session 6: Sensory Board DIY (Environment/Intellectual)

Create and explore with a baby sensory board for your little one! Using a variety of materials, you will create a safe and engaging sensory board to help spark your baby’s curiosity, develop fine motor skills and encourage sensory exploration through different textures and colours.
