About the Comox MFRC
The Comox Military Family Resource Centre (Comox MFRC) is a registered non-profit society that supports CAF families and veteran families in the 19 Wing geographical area. A wide variety of programs and services are provided to the community by a multi-disciplinary team of core staff and partners in the local community.
In addition to our regular programs, we also partner with other 19 Wing units to offer special events such as Rexspo, Terry Fox Run and a variety of family events. These events introduce families to local sports & leisure groups, associations, clubs, and community services. Many events and seasonal parties are a part of welcoming newcomers to the community and bringing people together.
