About the Comox MFRC
The Comox Military Family Resource Centre (CMFRC) is a registered non-profit society that supports CAF members, Veterans and their families from the 19 Wing geographical area.
Our multi-disciplinary team aims to provide a wide range of activities, workshops and events throughout the year, to meet the everchanging needs of our families. In addition, we partner with community organizations and other 19 Wing units to offer special events such as Rexspo, Terry Fox Run and a variety of family events. These events play an integral part in welcoming newcomers to the community and bringing people together by introducing them to local sports and recreation groups, associations, clubs and community services.
