Lifesaving Society Swim Lessons

19 Wing Fitness and Community Centre has transitioned swimming lessons from Red Cross to Lifesaving Society, as Red Cross has ceased all swim lesson programs.

We do not offer Lifesaving Society Levels 7-10 (Bronze Star or YMCA Master Swimmer) as this is the start of the Lifeguard training program.

Please call to find out timings for specific levels or to register 250-339-8211 x252-8315
Timings are subject to change depending on registration load per course, schedule confirmation will be emailed out to registrants the week that lessons start.
