Flexibility & Mobility
End your week with a class aimed at stretching the major muscle groups and increasing mobility. Use this class to increase your functional range of motion for enhanced exercise performance and activities of daily living. This low intensity class may include techniques such as static stretching, dynamic movements and foam rolling.

Lane Swim
Dedicated swim time for endurance and fitness swimming. Participants swim lanes/circuits in accordance with directions prescribed at the facility. Recommended ages 16yrs & up, younger may participate if the swimmer is at a competive level.

Military Family & Rec Pass Skate
FREE Skate for military families and rec pass holders. There are no hockey sticks or pucks allowed on the ice for this skate and sign-in is required. 12 years and under must wear a CSA approved helmet and require adult supervision (19yrs+). Adults are also recommended to wear a helmet.
Bike helmets are not permitted.
Free helmet and skate rentals available through arena staff, limited quantities available.

Noon Hour Yoga
Suitable for all levels, this class will gyide you through a series of postures to build mobility and strength in the body.

Open Recreation
Run, jump, throw, catch and PLAY! The gymnasium is available to drop in and play sports, games and whatever else you can think up. Children must be supervised by and adult (19yrs & up).

Open Skate
No hockey sticks or pucks on the ice. CSA approved helmets required for children under 12 years old, recommended for all. No bike helmets allowed.

Open Swim
There's something for everyone during this swim. Jump and dive and swim and play!
Children under 7 years of age must be within arms' reach of an adult (19yrs & up). -
Parent & Tot Kinder Gym
Geared towards families with younger children. Gymnasium-friendly toys will be available for use.
Children under 7yrs to be supervised by an adult (19yrs & older)
Children under 7yrs are FREE, please check our rates section for youth and adult fees for Gymnasium use. -
Pickleball
Fun, social and friendly. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong, played on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. Can be played as doubles or singles.

Shinny Hockey
An informal type of hockey played on ice. There are no formal rules or specified positions and often there are no goaltenders.
Full gear is required, including CSA helmet with face cage. -
Spin
The only thing you'll miss is the traffic! No matter your cycling experience, you're sure to have a workout you wont forget. Take your fitness routine up a notch, whether you're a beginner looking to get started or an advanced rider trying to reach a goal, we've got you covered!

Sponge Puck
Hockey, but instead of the traditional hard vulcanized rubber puck, a soft sponge puck is used.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Together with trauma-informed, IAYT certified Yoga Therapist Janet Haigh, participants will be invited to explore gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness practices including a Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Participants will be offered a variety of options to try every step of the way.
No prior yoga experience is required. All equipment is provided and everybody is welcome to join.

Veterans & Retirees Hockey
Drop-in hockey for military veterans and DND retirees. Guests permitted. Full gear and helmet with cage recommended.
