Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties at the 19 Wing Fitness & Community Centre are offered on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting the Customer Service Attendants at 250-339-8211 ext 252-8315 or by completing the online request form.

Your booking will be for 2 hours, however you are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your party to get set up and be prepared for your guests, as well as staying up to 30 minutes afterward for clean-up, saying goodbyes to guests, and gathering up your personal items.

Pool and Gym parties cost $100 +GST. 
Craft room only parties cost $75 +GST.  

All parties include up to 20 participants/attendees.  
Additional attendees (over the 20 included) can be accommodated, up to a maximum of 30 participants, for an additional $25 +GST fee.

Renter is responsible for cleaning and tidying the spaces used, including removal of garbage. 
PSP policy only provides for use of birthday candles. Sparklers are not permitted.

Options available:

Pool & Craft Room  Saturdays 1-3pm
Pool 1-2pm includes use of pool toys & available equipment (during Open Swim).  Craft Room 2-3pm includes use of fridge and freezer in kitchen. Children under 7yrs must be supervised by an adult 19yrs+.

Craft Room Only  Sundays 10am-12pm

Gymnasium & Craft Room  Sundays 1-3pm
Gymnasium 1-2pm includes 1/2 gym, use of toys & sports equipment.  Craft Room 2-3pm includes use of fridge and freezer in kitchen.
