Alcohol, Other Drugs, Gambling and Gaming Awareness
The objective of this course is to prepare staff in management positions to deal with issues of problematic use of alcohol, other drugs, gambling and/or gaming within their units. Participants will learn what misuse is, warning signs, effective interview techniques, active listening skills, empowerment and how to challenge and change unhealthy workplace cultures.
