Procurement and Contracting

Procurement and Contracting (PC) is an essential activity in support of the delivery of Non-Public Property (NPP) mandated programs and services. NPP PC activities involve a diverse profile of purchases that span a vast geographic area and occur in a variety of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) environments. The NPP Contracting Policy applies to all employees of the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, members of the CAF and employees of the Department of National Defence (DND) involved in NPP contracting activities.
