Releasing members: After visiting the Transition Centre, stop by the WMFRC to visit our VFP Coordinator, Jessica Graham. You will be provided with a veteran family journal that is full of information about transitioning to a civilian lifestyle. This meeting will also offer an opportunity for you and your family to as any questions or gain assistance through your transition.
Veteran families have continued support through the WMFRC and all programs are available for as long as you need/want them.
