Procedure for Booking Mess Facilities

Procedure for Booking Mess Facilities:

  1. Check with the Mess Administration Office to ensure availability for your desired function date. 

  2. Reserve your function by completing the Mess Function Booking Request Form. 

  3. Booking request forms must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the date requested.

  4. Please ensure all fields are filled out and that the sponsor has agreed to the terms of services outlined.

  5. For Member-Sponsored functions; the sponsor must be a current Member of the requested Mess who is in good standing. 

  6. Submit completed form to +WRTMessBookings or Lisa.Humphreys@forces.gc.ca

  7. Upon receipt of the Mess Function Booking Request Form, the Mess Administration Office will obtain proper approvals and schedule staffing accordingly.

  8. Once approved you will receive an email confirmation.
