To stay FIT, think about your F.I.T.T: Plan your training intelligently.

After this course, members will know the parameters (frequency, intensity, time, type) to modify to design a good training plan. They'll have a better understanding of training principles and the best strategies for preventing injuries common to training and everyday life.

The Courage to Face Psychological Suffering

This course aims to give members tips and advice to increase their skills in understanding mental health disorders, with a focus on depression and mental suffering, as well as the denial of suffering that is more common than we think.  By the end of the course, they will be better able to recognize the signs of psychological distress in themselves and others.

Living with stress at work: better understanding to better manage it.

In this awareness course, we'll define stress and its potential impact on the workplace.  We'll also talk about tips and tricks for better controlling it, as well as strategies for reducing the risk of burnout.

From resistance to resilience: how to bounce back and get stronger.

Members will learn the difference between mental strength and resilience, including the concepts and characteristics of the latter.  They will also acquire practical tools for building resilience and coping with life's challenges

The Art of Everyday Healthy Eating

By the end of this course, members will know which foods to add to their diet to balance their daily energy intake. They will also be able to read nutrition labels and distinguish between sources of fat and sugar.

Calming the Inner Fire: Understanding and Managing Anger

In this presentation, members will learn more about anger by identifying, among other things, the different emotions involved, as well as the situations that can aggravate or calm it.  Finally, they'll learn the tools to slow the rise of their anger and prevent it from exploding.

The Power of Sleep: Basics and Best Practices

This awareness course aims to explain the different stages of sleep and their respective functions, including physical and mental recovery.  We'll look at the potential consequences of sleep deprivation, as well as strategies to help you fall asleep and improve the overall quality of your nights.

Connected and balanced: control your digital well-being.

We'll take a look at what cyberaddiction is, and the different spheres it affects (social networks, video games, cell phones, etc.), how to spot the signs of technology dependency, and tips and strategies for reducing your own or a loved one's use, if necessary.
